Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are fully non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, whether in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
Retainer Fees and Advance Payments
If you have paid a retainer or advance fee for ongoing legal services, refunds will be handled as follows:
If you terminate our services before substantial work has commenced, you may be entitled to a partial refund, minus administrative costs and any billable hours already spent reviewing your file.
Once legal documents have been drafted (such as legal notices, applications to police stations, or court filings) or negotiations have begun, the associated fees for that specific milestone are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 14 days of the invoice date at legallaw669@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
